  • How do I get started booking appointments online?

    Whether you are new to the salon, or have been there before, you must create an account to book appoinments online. If you have not done so, please Sign up for one now.
  • I have already signed up for an account but when I try to login it tells me my account is unverified.

    After you create an account you must verify your account by clicking on the link that was sent to the email address you provided.
  • I have signed up for an account but did not receive a confirmation email.

    Please make sure you provided the correct email address when you signed up for an account. Check your junk folder to see if the confirmation email was marked as spam.
  • I booked an appointment but now need to cancel or change it.

    Please refer to the cancellation policy of The Salon at 142. Any changes should be made by calling The Salon at 142 at 978*392*9808
